Due to the site being located on an island, materials had to be brought across a weight-restricted bridge.
The clients brought strong technical engagement to this self-build - particularly on ventilation, ground-source heating and the borehole water system. Our role was calibrated to match, and so we focused more on the planning application, sourcing, and budget protection
rather than the technical specification.
